Beyond his career, Rick has been happily married to his wife, Monica, for 30 years. Together, they have 2 daughters, Alexis & Sydni, and are proud grandparents to 3 grandchildren. In his free time, Rick is an avid fan of Ohio State football and enjoys following sports.

Eddy Cadavid is our lead inspector specializing in buyer inspections. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Eddy moved to Central Florida at a young age and has since made the area his home. His wife, Alexis, and their three children—Benjamin, Lively, and Levi—are his greatest motivators. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional agility, Eddy excels at identifying potential issues in even the most hard-to-reach areas, such as attics and crawl spaces. His thorough approach to inspections, combined with quick and accurate reporting, makes him an invaluable asset to our company. Passionate about helping homebuyers, Eddy is committed to ensuring his clients fully understand the condition of a property before making one of life’s biggest investments. He takes pride in providing peace of mind and empowering buyers to make confident, informed decisions. Eddy is dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development.
