Rick Bowman
With more than 25 years in the construction field, Rick Bowman offers extensive insight and hands-on expertise as a certified home inspector. His background spans multiple areas of construction, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how homes are built and how their systems work together. This experience allows him to perform inspections that are detailed, dependable, and focused on accuracy. Rick values honesty, integrity, and professionalism in every aspect of his work. He continues to expand his knowledge through ongoing education and advanced certifications, ensuring his clients receive the highest level of service.
Outside of work, Rick and his wife, Monica, have shared 30 wonderful years together. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Alexis and Sydni, and enjoy time with their three grandchildren. In his downtime, Rick cheers on Ohio State football and enjoys keeping up with sports.
Edward Cadavid
Eddy Cadavid serves as our lead inspector with a focus on buyer inspections. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, he grew up in Central Florida and has proudly called it home ever since. Eddy and his wife, Alexis, are raising three children—Benjamin, Lively, and Levi—who inspire him daily. Known for his sharp attention to detail and ability to navigate tight spaces like attics and crawl areas, Eddy has a talent for spotting concerns that others might overlook. His methodical inspections and prompt, accurate reports make him a trusted resource for clients and a valued member of our team. Dedicated to guiding homebuyers, he works hard to ensure clients understand the true condition of a property before making such an important purchase. Eddy takes pride in delivering peace of mind and empowering buyers with clear, reliable information.
